About the Project
Al Bayat Medical Tower is a fully integrated, state-of-the-art general medical complex located in Al Qatif. Acquired by Healthcare Alliance (HCA) in 2023, this landmark project spans 13 floors and serves as a healthcare hub. It features over 30 specialized clinics equipped with advanced emergency, laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology departments.
Challenges Encountered
Vertical clinical integration: Coordinating services and logistics seamlessly across a massive 13-floor medical tower.
Equipping multiple major departments (ER, Lab, Radiology, and Pharmacy) with top-tier scientific medical equipment simultaneously.
Structuring diverse medical specialties ranging from Internal Medicine and General Surgery to Pediatrics and Cardiology under one roof.
Achievements
Designed a multi-departmental layout to optimize patient flows across all 13 floors, minimizing wait times.
Launched 30+ specialized clinics covering Orthopedics, OBGYN, ENT, Pulmonary, Dental, and Dermatology.
Established a fully centralized and integrated ER, laboratory, and advanced digital radiology network.
