About the Project
The MDH Clinical Capacity & Accreditation Project is a major milestone focused on upgrading the 100-bed general hospital. Since HCA assumed operational management, the focus has been on aligning the hospital with premium industry standards and market needs. Today, the hospital serves over 300,000 outpatients annually, reflecting an outstanding reputation for delivering top-tier medical care.
Challenges Encountered
Optimizing daily operational support systems to handle a huge influx of over 300,000 annual outpatients.
Upgrading legacy infrastructure and scaling clinics from 30 to 60 specialized clinics without disrupting daily patient care.
Aligning existing medical operations with strict national quality and safety frameworks.
Achievements
Successfully expanded hospital infrastructure, doubling the number of operational clinics from 30 to 60.
Introduced new high-end specialized units including a state-of-the-art CathLab, NeuroLab, Endoscopy, CCU, and Dialysis center.
Standardized all medical and administrative workflows to match international patient safety guidelines.
